Sx3 Dongle Emulator Mac

holiday

Almost the same bird as in our flag ...

it will be quiet for me too in the coming weeks.
Since young, adventurous and spontaneous, it goes to ... Albania! Flight LH3398 brings us tomorrow in the country's capital, Tirana. There are
explore my friend + other friend and I are six nights in a hostel , the countryside and take us further suggestions, for the return flight is on 10 September.
We want to spontaneously travel through the country, the region is to Theth it so high on the wish list.

If the answer to "How to get to Albania?" comes up: we threw darts at a late hour on a map. :-D

was quite that bad is it now, but we were in a reasonably convenient accessible country without the usual overcrowded tourist attractions.
landscape Albania is really nice, a little swing or "adventure" with and keep the travel costs in a very manageable limits. Just what we were looking for!

The location of the cocktails I will observe, konjac Skenderbeu is also earmarked already. Otherwise, there should be some culinary surprises. I will report!

Aromenrad

Who does not know the problem? You can enjoy just a noble spirit, is overwhelmed by the flavors and ... and annoyed that one of the words fail to describe.
Aromenrad a remedy. This assigns you a first taste of the rough direction and "lurches" then follow through to ever-more knowledge.
It is of course no definitive answer. Everyone smells and tastes different, has different connotations.

A familiar is the Whiskyweel of Whisky Magazine . Let's be honest, however: whose English skills are so profound that he can do anything with turnip, heather honey or chaff-like? So I've
- of course with permission by Whisky Magazine - the English words as well as he translated and created their own Aromenrad.
'll notice pretty quickly that the flavors are part of all spirits, but just to describe expressive whiskey unusual flavors are in the process are never found in rum / etc.. Nevertheless, this can be a source of inspiration for all spirits.

This is the first version and still heavily based on his model. I put everything (tag, layout, appearance, common sense) to the explicit discussion of what you lack, which is completely unnecessary?
especially on a suitable translation of "Feinty" I would look forward to. ;-)

thank you to the Whisky Magazine for the submission!
(The blog, unfortunately, limited the maximum resolution, click here for 3450x3450px version )

If you want to print the actual wheel is recommended as an A3 format or the wheel on two A4 pages split, and then . stick together The division I have already prepared.

Oh, be fair, I would point to a similar Aromenrad that I have found, however, only after completion of the above. Maybe anyone even knows it yet or will there still something interesting.

Ingrown Hairs Scars On Stomach

Danzy Jones Wysgi Licor

Welsh Whisky Liqueur ... Whisky Liqueur Whisky is for some friends had a red cloth, then still whiskey from Wales and this curious now to a blog with a focus on rum.

But quite simply stated: In search of the most beautiful scenes of Rosamunde Pilcher, the parents of my girlfriend were at some point in Wales. And since I am a lovable person and you happen to be reminded of my passion for spirits, a miniature bottle of liquor above landed in the trunk and yesterday finally in my hands.

Tasting then took place today, but first some interesting information about the product itself
The liqueur is named after its inventor, Danzy Jones named. The latter, born in 1870s in Old County of Breconshire, itinerant stonemason liked his whiskey mixed with loved ones on herbs and rosehip syrup, a long tradition of working men in Wales.
This mixture was then taken from place to place and consumed over time. His version liked best and was so popular that he's liqueur until the 1940s in the "Old Fountain Inn in Builth Wells (now apparently a pub) produced.
descendants of Jones put the whiskey liqueur to date her, but now on a farm Usk Valley in Monmouthshire.

Danzy Jones Wysgi Licor

appearance: amber, clear and no more pronounced streaks. Even the 0.1 liter bottle of the way, is provided with real wax seal. Diameter opening is required. ;-)

Odor: Clear honey note, together with an amazing "sugar-containing sweeteners'. Reminded me a bit of rum as Pyrat XO. A little smoke and orange notes the nose just as true.

Taste: Mild and palatable. On the tongue, as expected, with sweet fruit notes. On the palate, but a pleasantly noticeable smoky taste, as in the finish. This is also slightly warming, long term, it is in the throat a little dry.

Bottom Line: A real Whisk (e) y is in doubt, have preferred me, but this liqueur is definitely an interesting product. While no flavor bomb, but after eating a welcome change and unknown to most.

further information: Bottlers: Celtic Spirit Company ; Age: no age specified; Approximate price: 24 € (0.7l)

In Germany I was able to open up any source of supply and so well the liqueur is now no more, that an order worth in the UK.
But who is sometimes in the corner, does not go wrong with the purchase and receive an exceptional product.

Two Zombies Later

When walking through the ordered Tiki issue (July / August 2004) of Mixology I discovered a CD recommendation for the album "Two Zombies Later ", with many (at least for me) unknown artists.

Interesting music, listen absolutely!

behind this (e) the label Comfort Stand Recordings . Meanwhile, they have various reasons ceased to publish music, but one aspect of their work is of particular note: It is legal and free to download, including cover .
The label wanted to make any money, but simply publish music (for whatever genre). So far I have only "Two Zombies Later" by one and have noticed that quality can also be free!

a clear style, I could not even identify himself, the songs have all the exotic components and are quite extraordinary. Like somehow Tiki. ;-)
The music may not be the classical bar music, but with more expected to casual party or a cozy meeting do well in the background.

and listen to it! world

Mai Tai - Part 1

To the most recognized tiki drink it is to go today. Three times.

As one might directly
did not return to the Shaker
The enormous popularity in the past, this cocktail well. Even the legislative history is full of ambiguities, Don the Beachcomber and Trader Vic quarreled even up to a court hearing about the title "inventor of the Mai Tais at the gallery. By
could contact the Trader Vic. The exact history There will be at a later date.
Due to the increasing popularity and the fact that this rather strong drink with low-quality ingredients tastes horrible, came increasingly to more Mai Tais with extra pineapple or orange juice, grenadine was also occasionally used to "refine". It did stop at nothing. Unfortunately, many
is just such a recipe in mind when they served a Mai Tai. Therefore, this cocktail shows really well, what can make high-quality ingredients.
Fortunately, the discussion of the classical formulation of the drink largely complete and widely accepted.
While Trader Vic himself had to adjust the recipe several times to no longer available Rum compensate, but the following version is probably the most useful reference to the original recipe:

Mai Tai
  • 3 cl lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1.5cl Orange Curacao (Marie Brizard)
  • 0.75cl Orgeat (Giffard)
  • 0.75cl cane sugar syrup (Giffard)
  • 3cl aged Jamaican rum (Appleton Extra)
  • 3cl mature Martinique rum (?) shake
preparation
all ingredients well with ice cubes and ice in a tumbler or a Rum Barrel . give Garnish with lime slice and twig of mint, served including straw.

The recipe is the current version of Beachbum Berry Remixed, the preparation has been slightly adjusted.
often found the recipe with only 2cl lime juice. I prefer, however, the 3cl version, it corresponds more to the original recipe, there was the juice of one whole lime used.

My current plan is to publish five parts to the Mai Tai:
first Part - which (more favorable) Rhum Agricole is recommended?
second Part - Jamaica Rum, the power of Mai Tais
third Part - with or without crushed ice?
4th Part - surprise!
5th Part - The history

Rhum Agricole is the strong Jamaican rum, a little damp, but without his strength to minimize the expense of the aroma and taste. Both intended to enter an exciting combination, the Rhum Agricole provides that extra mile. Therefore, it does not always use something, a long-mounted Rhum, as the freshness, the liveliness and fly often be replaced by wood and toasted. Too young, it should not be, this would be difficult to "include".

Our three test candidates
standard recommendation had been to the Saint James Royal Ambre (2 years matured). I wanted to stay at a similar price range and have therefore decided to Dillon Cigar Reserve (no age) and the Duquesne Élevé Sous Bois (aged 18 months).
Dillon falls a bit out of line, one hand was this rum specifically related to tobacco flavors (to enjoy with a cigar) are mixed, on the other hand, I was able to open any source that I could answer reliably, whether it is a Rhum Agricole or just a rum is from Martinique. The manufacturer did not answer my question on the bottle is nothing about Agricole or AOC, but some online retailers have it listed as a Rhum Agricole.
reasons enough to try him too.

The test was conducted with my father and my brother, the two did not know in which glass is which rum.

appearance
Dillon makes the darkest drink, a rich Golgelb with light orange. Duquesne is much brighter, St. James is somewhere in between.
The texture of the drink is the same, a little transparent and light foam.

smell
The Mai Tai offers with Duquesne earthy, strong rum notes that are well integrated into the other odor image. Almost weak and easily Dillon presents the other hand, resonates with a certain sharpness.
balanced and a little fruity drink with the St. James is so fine rum and almond.

taste
round (in a positive sense), fruity and full, but with more present rum notes, shows Dillon Cigar Reserve in the Mai Tai. No comparison to the rather weak odor. The power behind one notes a slight sharpness in the finish.
Our second test candidate, St. James Royal Ambre is there not gone so well. An unspecified definable, inappropriate taste swings. The rum is too strong, too independent and do not adapt well to the other ingredients. Thus, the drink is too sweet on the palate, leaving the other hand, to sour. Thus, the Mai Tai is only drinkable, but not a treat!
Duquesne holds in flavor, which promises the smell. Although slightly watery on the tongue and a little more discreet than the Dillon, but a round, nice rum flavor, framed by an almond-and light orange flavor.

Conclusion
surprising that the previously used St. James in comparison so bad cuts. He is certainly not useless Rhum, but in the Mai Tai can not score it.
The choice between Dillon and Duquesne is difficult, they are both at about the same level. But a nose is for me Duquesne forward, the Mai Tai gets him a little more exciting.

That was Part I and the question mark in the recipe can be replaced by Duquesne Élevé Sous Bois. To go the stronger counterpart of Mai Tais, it will soon.

Stephan Erfurt, C / O Berlin

The Discussion that takes place just at the termination of the lease of the Postfuhramt resident Gallery C / O Berlin is ambiguous. Of course, it makes even more selling out Oranienburgerstrasse clear - but the discussion eventually comes to this road too late.

For C / O Berlin, it will not be of harm, ultimately, the gallery has already had her name and was long believed, as they still resided in the line of road. Bitter is certainly that has developed around the gallery C / O Berlin in Berlin-Mitte in recent years, a photo-Mecca in the east of Berlin. Whether by new galleries, which are exclusively photographer specializing in art, or by the commercial sector about photography as monochrome , Polaroid or Lomography Store . The density of the Mat-artist is nowhere greater than in the city. Or schools: the photo section of the VHS in the mid-line road has at least a good reputation as Imago.

The United States has conducted an extensive interview with Stephan Erfurt , owner of C / O Berlin. It's about real estate theater in the Spandau suburb, photography and art in Berlin.

Dragonball Doujinshi Bulma Und Yamchu

sign Amendment

I recently had a workshop day at the newly AKG, founded Scholarship of Sound photographed. The workshop was supported all week by a film crew. The workshops were recorded throughout the course of a fixed video camera but it was on course, an employee of the team the whole time, his movies with a Canon 500D made - with the highest professional tripod equipment.

I have to talk later in the photographer and he was simply excited about the opportunities that make a DSLR in image quality.

He says the emotions they record only with the DSLR, image quality was excellent and despite the disadvantages (sound stop after 15 minutes, if process noise is too warm) appeared for the team DSLR fully accepted as a professional film equipment. The lighting situation was a result of the other camera of course governed by continuous light. Film is taken with DSLR thus increasingly seriously. The result will certainly be admired soon here .

Smith & Cross

"Traditional Jamaica Rum" - big words for such a discreet bottle of rum

Great advertising it does not
But first things first. This time it's about a distillate of the brand Smith & Cross. Behind it lies a troubled past: The two producers
Smith & Tyers and Whitecross have of 19 Century to the 1960s in Jamaica rum bought up, brought this to London, then blended and "Traditional Jamaica rum sold. The brand itself can
roots dating back to 1788, in a sugar refinery Thames Street No. 203, located near the London docks.
She soon rose to become famous rum dealers and had extended shelf along the Thames.
went in those days everything is a little rougher than today. By various waves of fashion and health, the trend toward lighter spirits, new distillation methode (Column stills) also allowed rounder, clearer fires that were of course at the expense of taste.

Today the rolling wave of classic cocktails continues incessantly, we remember back to traditional recipes and ingredients.
not from the most directly with "classic cocktail" associated, but certainly fit into this time period, are tiki drinks.
Aromatic and powerful ingredients in the environment of the Tikis course inevitable and also appeared on the request of the Cocktailnerds, connoisseurs or plain and simple lover of authenticity, nachzuschütteln cocktails like Don or Trader Vic original as possible.

What then? Sure, Appleton Extra, El Dorado 12, Sea Wynd, Pusser's - is strong rum flavors are massive. But it really true that the classic touch?
Here is a name that would cause at cocktail interested in bright eyes: David Wondrich. Historians in all "liquid" areas, and author of Imbibe!
This was with Hayman Ltd. the driving force for Re-establishing the Smith & Cross-rum.

Hayman's is so far along with Smith & Cross, as the original company Smith & Tyers and White Cross, under the umbrella of Burroughs (then known as the producer of Beefeater) business ran.

As far as the history of the manufacturer, but it should go to the rum.
As this was still strong and violent, it was in Jamaica three categories: first
"Local Trade Quality" - As the name suggests, rum for the local market.
second "Export Trade Quality" - mainly consisting of a German-produced for the market, "Continental's" style with high ester content (see Pott, balls, etc.).
third "Home Trade Quality" - for the consumer in the UK and the USA (Jamaica was a British colony after all). Preferred Style: Wedderburn and Plummer.

distillates in the Wedderburn style or have had the reputation to be difficult and full-bodied, Plummer, however, was more of a medium high character.
Both are made from a combination of molasses, skimmings, sugar cane juice and syrup remains of sugar production and the Hefeschaum the previous rum.
Jamaican tradition is the use of locally-born yeast in the fermentation process. produce

order an authentic rum, attacked today Producers of Smith & Cross on an approximately equal-part blend between short mature Wedderburn-Rum (less than 12 months) and 18 months and 3 years back in white oak matured Plummer-rum.
longer aging period according to the manufacturer will only absorb flavors and incorporate a touch of wood can be too strong.

57% by volume alcohol content - Navy Strength - is a message and highlights the historic character of the rum.
time called for the Navy that is just those alcohol content in their Navy Rum (Caution: Do not confuse this with!), While it was the preferred starch for efficient transport over the oceans.

Smith & Cross is no sipping rum, it would not be open to this and are on his website . Pretending you are well advised to give the rum a little time to open, the nose and the palate for the upcoming taste experience to prepare and taste it.

Smith & Cross

appearance: amber to dark gold. Severe and persistent streaks, hardly reflections.

Smell: Stark. Surprising honey and raisin notes, while sweet mild, but with intense subliminal field ("Sweet gravity"?).
Slightly dried fruit (plum), a little dull.

Taste: No sipping rum! Brute force, especially when comes a little too much on the palate.
On the tongue, sweet and slightly tingling. On the palate dull Melassetöne, raisin notes show up again.
In a fairly long and very warming finish (you can feel the way the rum in the esophagus) is hardly definable flavor.

Conclusion: who like pure drinking that rum has, as a preference for sleeping on one's nails.
beautiful way he smells, it must be simple taste in cocktails.

Further information: Bottlers: Smith & Cross Ltd., nature. Blended Pot Still, alcohol content: 57% by volume; Approximate Price: 29 $ (0.7l)

shows true strength of this wonderful droplets so only in the cocktail. The site provides nice to have suggestions. One I would refer back and test the Rum Sour - because otherwise the "Jamaica Rum Daquiri" is (sic) - and in the Gold Cup.

Rum Sour *
  • 3cl lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2cl sugar cane syrup (Giffard)
  • 5cl Aged Rum (Smith & Cross)
preparation
Shake all ingredients on ice and strain on a giant ice cube into a tumbler. Add the lime slice and serve as decoration includes straw.

* Basically, I prefer 6:3:2-Sours, is due to the strong rum but scaled this proportion.

unspectacular on the picture, but all the better in taste
Fantastic. Every firm Rum Sour will have to be judged. Visually inconspicuous, but odor a success. The rum replaced a few other components, but in a very eloquent way. Slightly hot combines with the sweet character of the Smith & Cross, who has power!
"Woah!" On the tongue, the sour sweet shows on the palate followed by two very different, both subtle Rumaromen.
The first are typically strong Jamaican, with strong Melassetönen to transport the following dried fruit flavors and a surprisingly light touch of wood on the palate.
The rather short, sharp departure is marked by balanced acidity and unobtrusive rum

Gold Cup
  • 2.25cl lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2.25cl cane sugar syrup (Giffard)
  • 1.5cl maraschino liqueur (Luxardo)
  • 4.5cl aged Jamaican rum (Smith & Cross)
  • 1BL Absinthe
  • 3 drops almond extract (typical U.S. ingredient, I take a bit of Orgeat Giffard)
preparation
Shake the ingredients over ice and strain into a champagne bowl. Serve with a * Eishülle.

* Explanations will follow.

Not entirely successful Eishülle
Gold Cup - a typical Tiki drink with distant relatives to Beachcomber's Gold. Requires Jamaican Rum, aromatic his opponent, who would it perfect for the Smith & Cross.
So it was then. Optical
again spectacular, but in the nose produce rum and maraschino liqueur wonderful thing. Certain acid resonates with the smell, a touch of almond.
flavor is confirmed all this. The drink only shows its real strength on the palate and finish.
The tongue performs a sugary aroma, the palate begins with lime and maraschino. Now, however, the rum is produced by a diffuse and herb flavor of the absinthe an interesting blend.
almond notes dominate the medium-long finish are captured by the bitter maraschino liqueur, however.
The only criticism: By some sweet character of the Smith & Cross and the use of almond extract instead Orgeat, the drink is a bit unbalanced, the proportion of cane sugar syrup should be reduced to 1.8cl to 2cl.

A famous cocktail was missing in the test, although he would still be destined for the Mai Tai: The Mai Tai!
this I leave, in connection with a major thing, however, aware until a later date.

After this praise comes a major setback: The availability in Germany there is more than bad.
Until recently, one could hear him even after all ordered from U.S. shops they have but to send abroad, adjusted based on new legal requirements.
The future will show whether a reliable source will open up.

The information above arise partly the website of the importer , private email contact with this very and the Ministry of Rum Forums .

Female Whipping In Movies

Today with Tiki Mugs and ...

... giant ice cubes.

Cocktail & Dreams From the forum, some have joined forces, and - under the direction of oscomp Muehl and mind - made a order from US-Shop Bar Products .
I participated with a few Tiki Mugs, an ice cube tray and bamboo sticks. How
I saw later in the local hypermarket, it is even this man of flare regularly on sale in Germany ... Argh!

The entire order
beautiful and playful not to Tiki Mugs
The (unfortunately) superfluous
ordered bamboo sticks in Rumbarrel

But back to the ice. These are simply huge and have a good cooling capacity. At summer room temperature (27 ° C) needs a 5x5x5cm-ice 157 (!) Minutes to melt.

Impressive!
So much water
put in an ice cube!

But it is not about ice cubes in the empty glass, it's about full glasses. Flight is an appropriate short drink from the Tiki world and sought to have impressed the guests. Size does matter!

Hurricane
  • 6cl lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 3cl passion fruit syrup (Riemerschmid)
  • 6cl Aged Rum (Mount Gay Eclipse)
preparation
shake all ingredients with ice cubes and place in the same glass. Another option is also a dryer. As set suitable tropical fruit or a slice and cocktail cherry. Serve with straw.

The color depends strongly on the used
rum.
Lamb makes
also good - and produces a much darker
Hurricane.
Mount Gay Eclipse would I do not necessarily denote a bad buy, but usually I find it rather flat and boring. But here he makes a good impression. Otherwise, are especially more rum.
grab for history buffs, I again returned to versions of Bum (Beachbum Berry Remixed, page 56):
During the Second World War, whiskey in the United States was extremely limited, while rum distilleries in the Caribbean shooting from the floor. Their sales strategists managed to bars that had to eventually buy every bottle of whiskey two bottles of rum. To
unwanted Rum possible to sell just keep inventing Louis Culligan (Head Bartender of the Pat O'Briens in New Orleans) Hurricane - at least according to unproven story.

The result is an aromatic drink. There should be no surprises are expected, but who wants to strong rum with exotic fruit is just right. A simple, down to earth cocktail.

Is It Bad To Have Gallbladder Polyps

Castaway

Jamaican Dust
  • 3cl young rum coconut rum
  • 1.5cl (eg Malibu)
  • 1.5cl pineapple juice
preparation
Everything on Ice shake and strain into a shot glass. Serve as a shooter without decoration.

Definitely not a shooter!
Those who refuse at this point, only about preparation and taste to think, and a cold shudder at the thought of getting down quickly tilted drinks - which proves style and class.

The above recipe serves only as a "historical basis" for a great tiki drink, which at first glance just fits together and a little, put it that offers "interesting" taste sensation. But there are striking differences
. Thus, to artificially tasting, flavored rum waived introduced another flavor component and lifted the shooter for adult cocktail up.

Cast Away *
  • 9 cl pineapple juice (100% juice)
  • 2.25cl coffee liqueur (Giffard)
  • 4.5cl shake golden Virgin Islands rum (Cruzan Single Estate Dark)
preparation
well with crushed ice and unfiltered beer into a tulip or be a "specialty glass". If necessary, fill with more crushed ice and serve with straw.

* Remixed by Beachbum Berry, page 40

A simple recipe, but three little things I would even say.
first Juices should - except in some special cases - always have a high fruit content as possible. When the pineapple juice provides 100% juice of (unsweetened) from the supermarket. I refer to my Penny, there it is € 1.29 for a good juice without pulp and long lasting.
tastes tasteless losses even begun (gekühlt!) for two weeks without change. Longer I have not tried it yet. ;-)
second I lacks normal Virgin Islands rum, so I took as a substitution Doorly's XO.
third Crushed ice was replaced by very small ice cubes, which have reached the right size and the Shaken were added to the glass.

approach is the way
gradient yet to see
Now the most important: How are the senses addressed by this cocktail?
arises when the pineapple juice Shaken a huge head of foam, which - Express serving provided - at the guest a nice gradient conjures up the glass. Is reminiscent of freshly pulled Guinness respectively at doses of floating widget.
through the nose to highlight the coffee liqueur toasted strong, the rum remains discreetly in the background, but matching harmony. The pineapple juice will be yet do not fit the right way, almost a deterrent sour impression.
characterized Initially, this image in taste again, interesting and also confusing. On the tongue rather watery, slightly bitter on the palate until pineapple flavor. Then set the coffee liqueur and one with its toasted at the end, in the medium long finish, the rum presented in a pleasantly mild manner.
from the second or third sip a varied combination.

This drink is certainly not as refined or elegant, such as an El Presidente (to which it will go soon) .
white But to convince the unusual. Not for every day, but if you ever want to know other sides of rum or out of a White Russians looking for a nice drink with coffee liqueur, is with the Castaway well served.

Bitters atomizer

Pisco Sour - especially in this cocktail makes it a little something from the subtle difference: Please do not be put directly into the drink, but with a fine spray is sprayed over it.
option even over "flamed", which means that a lighter between atomizer and drink is on hold.

for the act of spraying you can buy special equipment or a simple oil and vinegar spray attack.
Aldi Nord has been today as a set of 2 for € 6.49 on offer.

As in Cocktail & Dreams forum mentioned, I've added directly and bought the version without the glass container.
Massive processing (stainless steel), the plastic button at the top a little messy process, though easy to use. Is well in hand and produced (at least with water) a balanced, fine spray.
A test with Bitters still follows me but would be surprised if this fails to problems.

The only problem: The word "oil" respectively "vinegar" appears to be engraved by laser. White Spirit could not hurt him, "scrape" was not. could

Comparable quality for the price I do not represent, therefore, applies to those who still, for the Pisco Sour (or actually just oil and vinegar) need a nebulizer: slam!
the unlikely interaction with Bitters Problems are likely in the long run, the discounter known to be very fair show with the return.

Update: Works!
